The Ten Paramis, or “Perfections,” are ten qualities of heart and mind that can be used to cultivate an inner landscape that can navigate life's vicissitudes with clarity, compassion, and wisdom. In a world often focused on external achievement and accumulation, the paramis invite us to discover the richness that arises from inner cultivation and practice.
This daylong retreat will explore the Ten Paramis as a living framework for spiritual growth and wise action in everyday life. Through Dhamma talks, meditation, reflection, and Q&A, participants will have the opportunity to deepen their understanding of these transformative qualities and how they can be cultivated both on and off the cushion.
